Will Audio Tape that you transfer to CD play in my CD Player?
We only use high quality CD-R discs, therefore they will play with almost all music CD players but not those who do not support CD-R disks. For this reason you need to check your hi-fi or CD Player and make sure that it could play CD-R disks.
Tip: Burn a music CD or Audio CD at 8X or 16X speed from your computer and see if it can be played on your CD player otherwise I recommend you to have it transfer to mp3 files instead for the same price so that you can play them on your MP3 Player or Computer.
Will Audio Tape that you transfer to CD play in my Computer?
Yes, they all will play on your computer.
Can you transfer 35mm film negatives into jpeg format? If so, how much does it cost?
Yes we could, each exposure will be transferred into a high resolution jpeg file; we could also transfer them to CD (Photo CD). Unfortunately during this, the card got corrupted and now I cannot see anything at all. When I put my card back into my camera it says 'card not initialised'. Is there anything | can do to recover them, and if so how expensive will it be?

RMA numbers are for faulty items, you may apply for one only when you consider returning the items back to us for replacement. |
